  Ki is a Certified Strength Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Fitness over Fifty Specialist with a focus on Parkinsons.

  Available in half-hour, hour and 90-minute increments. The sessions will be conducted through the meeting app Zoom, cell phone, FaceTime or live.

This meditation course guides you to rediscover that place inside of childlike joy (not childish) but childlike joy and curiosity. Through the weeks of self-exploration, you will learn new methods for seeking inner peace and letting go of resentments and regrets. Discover the advantages of meditation, the science behind it, who’s doing it, and how it works. You will learn different meditation methods to regain focus, dissolve emotional imbalances, improve healthy sleep patterns and increase overall health. Reclaim the joy in your life!   Instructor: Ki Browning, BA, CHT, RYT, has been in the health & wellness field for over 25-years. She practiced meditation since she was 18. Internationally trained, she is a Published Author, Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Mind-Body-Spirit Life Coach, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach, Reiki Master, Dream Interpreter and holds an Honors Degree from UTD in psychology.

  Additionally, Ki designed an audio CD teaching meditation skills in 5, 10 & 15-minutes. Listen to the free five-minute meditation on her website at KiBrowning.com. Giving someone the gift of meditation is one of her primary life goals.

  Chair Yoga Classes online with Ki

  Tuesday  @ 10am

  • Gentle yoga postures in or near a chair to increase range of motion for injury prevention.
  • Develop main muscle groups to improve overall health and maintain your independence.
  • Practice simple breathing techniques for stress management and mindfulness.
  • Stroke survivors or those with tremors or Parkinsons are encouraged to join.
  • A guided meditation closes each class.

  INSTRUCTIONS for CLASS PURCHASE:  Simply select the date of your desired class under  Class Date> Choose an Option. You can select the whole month or specific dates to add to your shopping cart.

  Purchase a class for each person attending, this will be the quantity.

  Classes are held on the Zoom meeting app.
