  Instructor: Ki Browning, BA, CHT, RYT, has been in the health & wellness field for over 25-years. She practiced meditation since she was 18. Internationally trained, she is a Published Author, Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Mind-Body-Spirit Life Coach, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach, Reiki Master, Dream Interpreter and holds an Honors Degree from UTD in psychology.

  Additionally, Ki designed an audio CD teaching meditation skills in 5, 10 & 15-minutes. Listen to the free five-minute meditation on her website at KiBrowning.com. Giving someone the gift of meditation is one of her primary life goals.
